I’m sad to report the passing of Warren Duncan who joined the Club in 1990 and achieved 35 years of continuous membership.
He was an active participant in meetings and was elected joint Vice President in 2002/03 and as Vice President in 2006/07 when he also took on the role of Federation Rep.
In 2012, together with Alan Wallis, Warren took on the task of coordinating the Moped Plus rides. Warren designed all the rides while driving local school buses through the Adelaide Hills. He ensued each ride only travelled along sealed roads and carried minimal traffic so that the pace of the rides did not impede traffic. Together, Warren and Alan coordinated the Moped Plus rides for over 10 years.
In 2022, Warren was awarded Life Membership.
Warren will be sadly missed by the many Club members who knew him personally. Our condolences go to Warren’s family and friends.
